What makes Morrisons so different?
We’re different because we invest in skilled, service-driven people, we focus on fresh food; and have an extensive manufacturing capability and a close relationship with British farm suppliers. We operate in a way that is not only right for our colleagues, suppliers and customers, but also ensures we make a positive contribution to society and take good care of the environment.

Meeting the demand caused by the coronavirus crisis has really shown us what’s possible in the future. And because our graduates are our future business leaders, our many different graduate schemes will provide you with the skills, experiences and personal qualities you need to be a big success. Supported every step of the way by a buddy, mentor and our managers, you’ll take on new responsibilities from the very start and be given the chance to manage teams and projects.
